Outreach Rep Community Liaison - Behavioral Health
The Community Liaison - Behavioral Health is primarily responsible for the planning and implementation of a comprehensive community outreach program for the Senior Behavioral Health Unit.
The Community Liaison coordinates the referral development process; develops and maintains relationships with referral sources by making consistent and regular contact with them; maintains current and accurate referral information and competitor information; maintains an effective account management system; regularly reviews, with Program Director and CHS Director of Business Development, referral trends and other relevant data; and assists Program Director with development of annual and quarterly business plans.
Responsible for reviewing and determining patient admissions.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mental health related field or marketing required.
Requires three (3) years of relevant experience in behavioral health, business development, sales or marketing.
Required: Handle With Care (HWC) certification. Valid AZ Driver's license.
