$30,000 Sign On Bonus for eligible, experienced Occupational Therapist's!

Seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to work day shifts in our Skilled Nursing Unit and occasionally work in Acute Care at Oro Valley Hospital.

This position will primarily be working in our 33 bed skilled nursing unit (SNU) and be oriented to occasionally work on the acute therapy side. This position will require oversight and assigning tasks to COTAs who also work in both SNU and acute therapy.

Position Purpose


Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy.


Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education: Required:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in occupational therapy.


Experience: "Required for NMC:
One (1) year of acute care experience
Preferred for OVH:
One (1) year of acute care experience "


Skills:
Appropriate prioritization and planning skills, while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills; Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented; Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed.


Licenses/Certifications: "Required:
Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license;
American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC) BLS certification
For Skilled Nursing Unit:
Fingerprint Clearance Card"
