Job Description

Responsible for assessing and ensuring application of policy and process to assigned HR areas of expertise in a high volume healthcare environment. This includes validation of qualification for employment, benefits, payroll or other applicable HR areas as assigned.  Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a manager. 

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong Excel skills preferred. HRIS and recruiting system experience preferred. Skilled customer service with high volume interactions. Ability to follow through and accurately complete tasks in an interrupt-driven environment. Strong organization skills and a high level of accuracy with detailed assignments.


Required: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent years of experience.
Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree, relevant to role.


Required: Two (2) years clerical experience with significant public contact.
Preferred: Two (2) years Human Resources support experience.
