Clinical Social Worker - Behavioral Health - Intensive Outpatient Program
Position is Full Time, 40 hours weekly ( M-F , no holidays or weekends )
IOP provides group therapeutic treatment for patients with dual diagnosis ranging from ages 21 and up. The IOP program provides structure and teaches patients how to adapt, learn, and practice healthy coping skills for dealing with a variety of life stressors. The IOP Clinician has therapeutic control to help run groups in a way that maximizes patient therapeutic benefit. The IOP clinician will have opportunities to provide individual and family therapy to patients who participate in IOP group as the clinician sees appropriate.
Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Required: Master's degree in social work (MSW), counseling or marriage & family therapy.
Required: Two (2) years clinical social work experience.
Required: AZ state Licensed in LCSW or LMFT
American Heart Association (AHA) BLS.
Handle with Care (HWC) certification required within 30 days from start date, CPI for current employees (prior to 11/1/2016) will be valid until expiration date, then HWC must be obtained.
