The dedicated team of professionals provide a full-range of healthcare services including a Level IV Trauma ER, a 17 bed senior behavioral health unit, and an 18 bed inpatient rehab facility. Additional services include outpatient imaging and laboratory, sleep centers, physical therapy, and a cardiac cath lab. The Nurse Tech in ICU provides basic nursing care to patients under direct supervision of a licensed nurse.        
Assists nursing service personnel with a variety of patient care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients.
Assists with personal hygiene, takes vital signs and changes bed linens.
May serve and collect food trays, provide for between-meal nourishment.
Cleans, sterilizes, stores and prepares other supplies.
Works under immediate supervision.

High School or equivalent required. 
Post High School vocational / specialized training preferred.                                                
One (1) year experience in hospital or nursing home preferred.                        
Preferred candidate will have prior experience working in a hospital setting.
Ability to read, communicate, and document effectively through oral, written, or electronic means; excellent customer service skills; ability to prioritize and respond promptly to a changing workload.                                                
Required: "BLS certification"  American Heart Association
